Thomas Noseworthy, University of Calgary, Calgary, Alberta

Dr Noseworthy was a member of the National Forum on Health (1994-1997), co-chaired the Advisory Council on Health Infostructure (ACHI) (1997-1999), was a member of the FPT Advisory Committee on Health Infostructure (1999-2001) and a member of the FPT Advisory Committee on Information and Emerging Technologies (2001-2004).
