OPEN CALL FOR MANUSCRIPTS The Journal of Professional Communication publishes manuscripts and creative works from academics, practitioners, journalists, artists and policy makers in the following formats:
1. Commentary pieces
2. Interviews with prominent figures
3. Research articles
4. Mini case studies
5. Squibs
6. Book reviews
7. Policy documents
Manuscripts and works of art may be of a theoretical, applied or creative nature. They should explore an aspect of the practice, impact or significance of one of the fields of professional communication on business, culture, economy, society, psychology, government, politics, international relations or media. Manuscripts or works of art may be qualitative or quantitative, critical, administrative or creative in nature. Manuscripts may be submitted in English or French. 1 March, 2014 ----------- Deadline for submission of your manuscript and cover letter through JPC website submission form
1 April 2014 ----------- Peer review results communicated to authors
1 May 2014 ----------- Revised manuscripts due
15 June 2014 ----------- Galleys sent to authors
1 July 2014 ----------- Expected publication date
